Yes I agreed with your project completely. Steemit is an earning platform where everyone gets some rewards on their publications and everyone want a appreciation on his work and here appreciation means vote, big vote big appreciation. So Newcomers should also get equal chances to get up votes from curators. Best of luck for the contest
