Day 2 a great exercise to reduce the Risk of Muscles Injuries
Hello my dear friends, how are you doing today and your family I hope they are all in a good health better condition, if so all thanks to God. It your friend again @ajegena from #nigeria, hope you all are doing great and enjoying your days happily! I am back to share another amazing day/week with you, Life's journey is all about experiences which can be getting from different people and different places.
However, I am here again with another five (5) different exercise yesterday being it 23 of February 2026, I will be doing an exercise that Reduce the risk of Muscle Injuries which goes on five (5) different ways which will be listed practically below with proof.
Firstly before I proceed I will like us to know what exercise is all about. With my own knowledge, Exercise can be defined as a situation or way in which every individual exercise he or she body system/structures because every individual body system needs some exercise for better health and fitness, so stretching is one of the best solutions to take care of body system were below are few out it, but as time goes on more will come up.
My first exercise of the week goes on push up that is my favourite exercise I love and also I like to doing it always because since when I was a child I love doing it and it due gives me joy. Thi is the short video of it.
My second exercise of the week goes on stretching of my two legs and to the front together and put on top of another and then also straight my to hands to the front and touch my toes and hold it for some minutes and this exercise straight both my back legs arms waste and many parts of the body. important for our fitness.
My third exercise of the week goes on stretching of my hand side to side of my legs, such exercise enable my waste and my arms to be active and free from some premature pain because it sheak almost everywhere it helps in re-balancing all the common join in the body.
My fourth exercise of the week goes on bending of my waste and stretching of my hands to the frost and placed it on the ground ,this exercise help my waste in other not to have any premature pain
My five exercise of the week goes on stretching of the most important joint in the body, and that joint is called Nile which as a human being we all need to know that, that place is one of the most sensitive joint in the body and as I bend it, it enables me to stand balance and move freely, this need to be stretch cause it needs flexibility which I very important for everyone.
Conclusion
I use this opportunity to encourage everyone on Steemit community including myself to keep on involving ourselves on exercise at all the time,it helps our health so much.
