As many people pray for their loved ones, the aim is to celebrate and strengthen the bonds that not only connect but also support us, so wish to tell you that I not only agree with you but also follow your words.
The main benefit of supporting each other will be that our relationship with our family members will get stronger day by day and the conflicts caused by any issue will be reduced. We will all be closer to each other.
Do you think that when we spend our time moving around all day due to work or other activities, it will not be good to spend time with family when we are at home instead of watching TV on our phone or laptop? I am not saying that we should not spend time with other social activities like our friends. Especially if we are doing any business or job, it should be kept balanced.
Spending time with loved ones has many benefits. It not only increases the feeling of love, bonding, and cooperation but also improves mental health. Good relationships reduce our mental stress, anxiety, and depression and increase the levels of hormones and endorphins, which lead to better physical health.
Have you realized that when we meet with family with an open heart, we grow personally and get more opportunities for self-discovery? Since I live alone with my wife, I do not miss any opportunity to spend time with my loved ones as and when possible, even if I have to travel to distant places.
I find that when I live with my extended family, my depression gets cured to a great extent by spending time with them. I think it is important to spend time with your loved ones, not only because they are family, but also because we are social animals.
A good time with family strengthens the bond between all the family members. We feel that we have a strong family together. If we face any problem, we can face it together. We can share our success and happiness with our loved ones.
Let me share a secret with you. During the last few years, my relationship with my brother was not good, but I did not break contact with him because I believed that my small dispute would be resolved after one meeting, and it happened the same way. When we met, it improved the relationship, and he also resolved his disputes.
I have always observed that spending time with family makes my heart and mind happy. No matter how much I am worried about life in my mind, when I meet my family, all my worries go away. We both cook food for ourselves, which gives it a different taste. We all sit together, talk, eat, watch TV, and enjoy each other's company.
Sometimes we make tea or snacks for each other, and later whoever has the chance sets up the dishwasher or starts the washing machine. In the evening, we go out to eat together at a restaurant. Sometimes we get extra food packed and eat it later. These small things increase love and bring new joy while spending time together with the family.
You must have noticed that when the family sits together, we exchange knowledge. There is no doubt that when we are together, we love every moment of life. It is not that there are no arguments at times, but there is a strange love in that too.
