Greetings
week--30|| My Weekly Food Highlight
I always strive to create diverse content; that is why I am here today with a new post. Today, I will share the best meals I had this week, along with my thoughts and feelings about them. Food is always a fascinating subject. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi ma'am for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let’s get started---
I currently live in a student hostel.where meals are prepared in bulk for everyone, and we pay a fixed monthly charge for them. Although the food may not be particularly flavorful, it is healthy.A variety of vegetables are cooked with minimal spices in a light broth. That is why we occasionally buy food from outside shops or the university canteen. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing new flavors this week.

Monday((Breakfast))
( Rice, fish, and Malabar spinach curry with bori)
For breakfast on Monday, I had rice, fish curry, and Malabar spinach cooked with lentil dumplings. Rice and fish are staple foods for us Bengalis. Moreover, Malabar spinach tastes delicious at this time of year—and it is a favorite of mine.
Tuesday(Dinner)
(Rice, red lentils, and sweet pumpkin curry)
For Tuesday dinner, I had rice, lentils and sweet pumpkin curry. Potatoes and chickpeas were added to the sweet pumpkin. So the recipe was quite tasty. Moreover, lentils are very beneficial for our health as they are rich in protein. Tomatoes are added to the dal.
wednesday(Breakfast)
(Rice, chickpea ghughni and sweet juice)
For breakfast on Wednesday, I had Kabli gram ghughni. This ghughni is quite delicious with roti, luchi, muri and rice. Although I ate it with rice. The Kabli gram is quite large and it was accompanied by protein-rich paneer. Paneer is very beneficial for health. I also had sweet juice.
Saturday(Breakfast and Dinner)
(Rice, lentils, papaya curry, soybean curry, egg omelette and potato fries)
For breakfast on Saturday, I had rice, lentils, chickpeas and papaya curry. Papaya helps keep our stomach cool and is very beneficial for the body.
For dinner, I had a lot of things. Potato fritters, lentils, egg omelette and soybean-potato curry. Although I made the egg omelette and potato fritters myself.All the dishes were very tasty. Rice and lentils are always part of our meal list.
