My Fitness Diary || 10 -04 -2026 || Cardio Friday
Hello fitfam, cordial greetings to y'all and I trust you're all having a wonderful fitness journey this week, well I've had mine and I want to share my Friday fitness routine, remember this week is for Lower Body but I decided to tweak the routine by incorporating cardio exercise.
Few weeks ago I discussed the importance of cardio and I mentioned that it helps the heart to circulate blood to it's different stream and that enable the heart to function properly, it also helps the lungs which I the primary organ involved in breathing.
So after two days of lower body exercise which was Monday and Wednesday I decided to go for cardio, to activate this Cardio different workout movement was executed, remember a workout program is a movement and sometimes the movement doesn't make sense, you just have to enjoy it.

Several workout routine was executed, workout that triggers our cardiovascular health, forward and backward jumping jacks, side to side high knee tap and etc. Each program was executed in three sets and thirty repetition minimum.
As usual we had some minutes for recovery, y'all know recovery is crucial when it comes to fitness training, a workout routine, so two minutes rest in between each repetition was enough for us to catch our breath.
After the whole session; we stretch the entire muscles, this was where we concluded the session, if you ask me how the session was I'll hold my breath and say, we had a wonderful session and what marvel me was how happier my clients were, seeing them smile was my greatest happiness.
