Our family bond is the most beautiful and safe place for love in the world. In our busy lives, we often forget to spend time with our family members. However, this competition organized in the second week of the Engagement Challenge Season 30 has given me and my family the opportunity to bring back those happy moments with people. Today, through this competition, I will highlight some of the happy moments spent with my family.

​Out of the 5 activities given in the table, my family and I have chosen "Board Games or (Ludo Games)" for this week. Because Ludo Games is a very popular indoor game in our country, which people of all ages can enjoy together. In this current digital era, indoor games like Ludo Games or Carrom take us back to our childhood. That is why I have chosen to play Ludo Game with my family.

In our busy lives, we don't spend much time with our families. However, since the offices are closed in the afternoon on the occasion of this holy month of Ramadan, we get quite some time after fasting all day and breaking our fast. And utilizing this time, ILast evening, the entire family gathered inside our house. My elder brother's wife, my two cousins sister, my elder brother's son and I all got together to play Ludo on the bed inside our house.

We used to play Ludo by laying the Ludo board on the bed and sitting in a circle. Ludo was a very exciting game. Playing Ludo dice, rolling each other's dice and waiting for a six, all of these things combined to create an atmosphere of joy. In this era of current digital games, this analog board game reminds us of our childhood memories. We played this Ludo game for about one to one and a half hours or more. Especially when one of us came very close to winning the game and then came back 'katha', the whole house would burst into laughter. We also talked a lot to each other while playing this Ludo game.

In my opinion, my elder brother's younger son enjoyed the game the most while playing our Ludo game. He was very eager to win the Ludo game with us. My elder brother's younger son played the Ludo game, whenever he was cutting or tying someone's pieces, his excitement was really worth seeing. My elder brother's younger son doubled the joy of his pure joy for the rest of us.

What are the challenges of getting everyone together to carry it out?

In our modern life, it was quite difficult to get everyone under one roof at the same time. however, our main challenges were:👇

• ​Smartphone addiction: In the current modern era, everyone is very addicted to phones. However, in the beginning, it was a little difficult to convince everyone to put their phones away, but later we were able to complete the task with ease.

• ​Lack of time: Nowadays, finding a specific time to play was a challenging task considering all of our office or study schedules. However, we have become less and less able to complete this task on time.

• Creating interest: Although the family members were a little reluctant to play this Ludo game at first, later when this game started, they became more enthusiastic.

What are the gains and did it bond your family in a special way?

Playing this simple Ludo game worked like magic for all of us. The activity even bonded our family in a special way which is:👇

• Emotional connection: After a long time, we laughed and talked for a long time by playing this Ludo together, which reduced the emotional distance between us a lot.

• ​Teamwork: By playing this simple Ludo game, I noticed a tendency to be patient and follow the rules among the younger members of the family. Which I really liked.

• ​Depression: In our busy lives, enjoying this time with the family after the fatigue of the whole day's work or having fun with the whole family has worked like a tonic for me. However, it has proven that even this simple game played with our family can give much more happiness than traveling the country or abroad.
