Recently, blacklist filter has been added to this project. If any of @jsup's delegator is accused of abuse/spamming/plagiarism and reported to @joviansummer or @jsup, I will investigate the issue. If there is really a problem, that account can be blacklisted. @jsup will not upvote any blacklisted account.

As far as I can tell, there is no problematic delegator for @jsup which is a good thing. I don't think I'll ever use this feature. But I developed this capability as a kind of future-proof.
