Because there is no such curd in our area and if such quality was available in our area, the rate would be much higher, so the rate there is very low. And the only reason for the low rate there is that there are many buffalo farms in the area due to which milk is available, due to which the rate is also a little low there.They have three employees there and two owners. The two brothers act as the owners and they are the head employees.
