I have made this carrot barfi recipe with very few ingredients. If these ingredients are available at our house, then we can easily make this dessert. Any dessert made with carrots is very tasty. Similarly, making this barfi with carrots is also very tasty. Usually, to make any dessert with carrots, milk is needed. And milk is a very nutritious food for us. Which produces energy in our body. First, I took two tablespoons of ghee in a pan. When the ghee was hot, I added the grated carrots and fried them for a while. After frying the carrots for a while, I added two cardamom pods.

I fried the carrots with cardamom for a while longer and then added the chopped almonds. I fried the carrots with the chopped almonds for a while longer and added the evaporated milk to it.

After adding the milk, I heated the milk for a while. After the milk dried up a bit, I added sugar to it and heated it for a while longer.

Now I took powdered milk in a bowl and mixed it with some water and added this mixture to the carrots. After adding this mixture, I heated the carrots for a while more to thicken it a little.

When the water dries up from the carrots, I take them out, put them in a bowl, and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
