SEC S17W3: Tribute to the Book".

When we talk about books, we talk about great people called authors because to write a quality content and time consuming is way to complex talk more of writing a book. These books are available to keep records, stories, histories, knowledge and informations. If I want to convert the number of books I've read since I came into this world, I bet it would be more than a million dollars.

Technology has advanced in a way that makes these books accessible online to save cost and collateral damage as information can be lost. This post has a book I consider my favourite and can never be outdated compared to others that has new versions of it.

To be honest, there are lots of books especially stories and academics books that have changed my life when it comes to learning from experiences and gaining knowledge on certain things I was novice about. We keep reading books to get these. Like I was saying, among other books I've read, one stands out that has changed my entire life from from early childhood to my adulthood.

This book is no other book than the Holy Book. The contents of this book has the origin of life and how we were formed. There's no other book that has this kind of information. Even if there is, the information won't be as detailed as the ones written here. Even as this book is an old book aged over 3000 years, it is still current and not outdated.

This book contains stories and experiences both good and bad we can learn from, qualities we should emulate to better our lives, hope that one day the afflictions we face now will be things of the past. How detailed could a book be?

It also contains the time events happened of which if you trace back, you'll see the accuracy of times. Personally with all mentioned, it has a great impact on my life in terms of hope. If one has hope that one day things will get better even though it means to wait long, the person would be calm as and will still maintain his or her joy. This is what the holy book has done to me.

I've also gotten to develop qualities that has helped me relate with people better and live a good life. These qualities include love, self-control, patience, mildness, endurance, forgiveness etc. With these qualities and learning from experiences, I've refrain myself from things that would bring about sad consequences to me and made me wayward the way others in the world are. So in essence, this book has changed my perspective of many things.

I was this guy who usually hold a grudge at first because I had this view that the more you forgive, the more you're being looked down on. The holy book changed my perspective that you can't love someone you don't forgive and anyone that hates his brother cannot love God.

So this has prevented me from being arrogant, a person who holds grudges, an hater and has prevented me from developing bad qualities. I am grateful to the author of such book which has been read to me since when I was in my mom's womb till birth.

My favourite literary genre has been drama right from when I was in my basic level of education because we were usually told to perform or act it.. That's what took my interest to drama literary genre. I love this genre not because of the drama but because it has action in it. It's more like something happening in real life.

The feeling is always different compared to that of prose and poetry. When reading a drama text, you'll feel as though you were the one in the action or performing the action. There's a drama text I once read and that drama text made me cry for the first time. The emotions ranging from this genre is on the next level. It mosts times come with humourous moments but it speaks a lot about action and how this action is performed.

I bet anyone reading a drama text can never feel bored because it can be fun and exciting especially when reading with friends. You'll want to play the roles of characters in the text which makes reading encouraging and motivating.

Prose and poetry are also good genres as they are knowledgeable and emotions are read as well but it can be boring sometimes especially for me that dislike reading lengthy writeups from books. The long, stretch volumes in words can scare you and discourage you from going through it.

Talking about my favourite author, you must heard about chinua Achebe. This is one of the best late author the world has ever known. He was known for his literary works including collaboration with Shakespeare's as some point. The stories pulled up in his works were constructive but educative and informative.

I can remember reading one of his prose text titled Things fall apart. This genre was top notch though voluminous. It made me imagine things that were imaginable and also look into the lifestyle and struggles of the early men. This author wasn't just any ordinary author. His books were of good grammar, polished and clear.

I'm still trying to learn from his writing skills in developing contents here on steemit but it seems I can't get it. Anyways, practice makes perfect. It requires time, patience and zeal to be like someone. These are my clear reasons for being a fan of this author

This question takes my back to an answer I gave once to a similar question like this. If I were given an opportunity to write a book, personally I don't really know what it would be about until I have that opportunity. For the purpose of formalities and from my imaginations, I think many lacks information.

People need to recreate and transform their mindsets as having a blunt mindset have made them face life challenges situations they would have curtailed if they had this positive mindset. One of such is the mindset that the only way you can earn a living is by working for someone or under someone.

Many has this mindset and it has cramped their thoughts into thinking out of the box and trying different avenues. Parents would tell their children that the only time to make money is when they have graduated and have found a job.. These mindsets are blunt because they have never imagined there could be ways one can earn money without going through stress and turmoil.

This is one of the reasons why many suffer because of lack of income. It's not as if doing these jobs are bad. Imagine you're a teacher, a family head, you're paying rent, feeding, school fees and others and yet you're just earning 30k monthly. This would be more like labouring in vain and doesn't mean contentment as many may feel.

So I'll create a book that won't crowd people's mind into putting making money as first place in their lives but a book that will change their mindset into making money with other avenues easily, stress free, and still have time for their families and spiritually. Imagine that teacher makes 30k weekly from steemit and monthly he makes 120k, do you think he won't quit teaching under a stressful condition?

And do you think if he takes this up as a side hustle while doing other things that would give him time, he won't have time off his family, have money to pay bills and other things? He'll definitely have that balance as where he's earning from, isn't cramping his time for other things.

So my book would be titled Mental transformation.

If I'm to recommend a book to readers on steemit, it would be this genre called Tears of Joy. This is a book that have strucked my emotions though it didn't change my life as the bible did.

This book features a young boy who started facing life's ordeal at an early age but later grew up to have a life changing story, a story he'll live to tell his children. From his life's past, there's nothing he hasn't done to make money. Is it house boy, gateman, sleeping on the road, hawking, truck pushing etc?

Most of us do face things especially with the increment in standard of living making things hard for the masses. The lesson from this book is that there's always light at the end of a tunnel and that everyone facing hardships will get to shed tears of joy someday.
