Hello!! Great steemians This is my first time in your wall and I will also like to briefly introduce myself to you guys So I am eberechi emereuwa, from aba, abia-state, Nigeria. I'm working as an apprentice ( land survey and architect) and this is also my first year in the job

So today we are focusing our discussion on healthy routines

Healthy Routines:

This are practices which we carry out on daily basis, or thereafter that helps keep our body fit and healthy.
They are also normal stuffs, just like habits that we form.

What Moves You Each Day To Go Out Into The World To Fulfill Your Responsibilities

The world today is full of amazing and wonderful things that are also in the other hand motivating.
First of all

My beliefs

This is one of the primary things that gives me the motivation I need to go into the world and explore. I believe that there is God and that he answers my prayers whenever I pray, so I also believe that he will provide for me all my basic needs through my hard works

The gift of life

This is something that I think motivates everyone one of us here to go and do something tangible and to praise God Almighty. Cause this is a gift that no one can ever give to is except him who created us and also he adds to that by sending his flawless child to come and die for our sins and that brings in the gift of prayers, which we got from Jesus ransom sacrifices and we all now have access to God directly in prayers

You see there are many things that courses us to do so, to explore or fulfill our Responsibilities

What Things Do You Do Or What Methods Do You Use To Keep Yourself Balanced? Explain (health, beauty, fitness, sport, devotion)

Yeah, to keep myself balanced I does a lot of things and uses a lot of methods also

Health

Health is a vital quality which everyone should be able to maintain and keep git at least 75% every day. There's always this saying that it's only the Healthy man that works and also the saying that health is power. So I tries my own possible best to maintain a good health. By vaccinations, prevention vaccines, and making sure my stomach have something in it

Beauty

As a guy, I personally I don't take much time on beauty and skin maintenance due to lack of time and concentration on it, though I also tries my best to make sure I do so through the use of Sweet fragrant bathing soap, perfume, and body cream also making sure I have a clean haircut . So guys should always try to maintain and take good care of their beauty

Fitness

I always make out chances to join a football club in doing some fitness workouts, like jogging and doing abdominals this always keep me fit and I don't miss it on Mondays and Thursdays

Sports

I also make out chances for sporting, and primarily my favorite sport and the one I does and knows how to do is football, so I also make out the time to join some group of young guys like me to play football on Saturday morning

Devotion

In all things our devotion matters and it has a lot to do in our lives, that is prayers, I do my best to pray in the morning after sleeping and in the night before sleeping

Do You Feel There Are Things You Can Improve In Your routine? Mention Them

Yeah, surely there are still things I feel like I need to improve in my routine and one of them is

Water

I feel like I don't take a lot of water each day and I will also like to improve on that to help keep my body healthy and strong
So I will like to improve on that

Would You Like To Add Any Other Routine To Your Life? What Would It Be?

One other routine I will like to add to my life Is sleeping
You know learning never ends so the more we go the more we learn everyday, so from reading through the contest entry of mariez here contest link I was able to know that this is also something I, everyone need to add to their routines

Are You Satisfied With Your Current Lifestyle Or Do You Think It Could Be Improved?

I'm satisfied though improvement we always be done and I also needs some improvements
Like in the aspect of sleeping drinking water and some other things that may be necessary in the future when I learn about them

Which Of The Routines You Perform Would You Recommend?

All the time I highly recommend fitness and sports cause they are always vital for a strong and good health, they are healthy practices which everyone will need to take up for a good health maintenance
And mostly I recommend devotion, let us always pray and maintain a good relationship with God

Conclusion

It is advisable that everyone make sure they do this healthy routines and set out the ones that are necessary for them and equally set out time for them.

Bro, Great article you've got here.. I enjoyed reading through, though at some stage, it became tiring as there was no image to feed my eyes with. I searched and searched.. Even at that I did enjoyed it till the end though.

Talking about sleep, I think I am the God father of sleeping as I always find myself doing that at every free time I get. Thank you for the wonderful post.. Good luck.
