What would you do if you were the operator of the steemcurator01 account?

If I had the power to support authors in a meaningful way, I would demand that community managers, moderators, and country representatives regularly and decisively provide the direction, and suggestions the authors need to create quality content. Also, I would be guiding, explanatory, and supportive with my comments.

What would be your criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it?

• In my opinion, the potential for growth and development of the author is very important. Does the content creator have the potential to grow and improve over time and to create even better content in the future?

• Then, the potential for collaboration and partnership of author is remarkable. For example, can the content creator work well with others and collaborate on projects or initiatives (Whether or not active in Steemit Projects, Challenges, Club States etc.)?

• Also, the reputation and track record of the author can play a significant role. Does the content creator have a proven track record of creating high-quality content? I'm talking about a positive reputation rather than a reputation as a number. Do they have a positive reputation within Steemit?

• One of the most essential things is the ability to engage with the audience. Does the content creator have the ability to engage with their readers and foster a sense of community around their content? It is positive that the author reads the contents of other authors and writes comments, that is, interacts with them.

• And the potential for long-term success would affect my support. Does the content creator have the potential to create content that will continue to be valuable and relevant over time?

What type of content would you dedicate more percentage of votes to it?

• The quality of the content is the most effective part. Is the content well-written, well-researched, and free of errors? Does it provide value to the readers?

• The potential impact of the content affects the percentage of votes. Does the content have the potential to educate, entertain or inspire its intended audience? Can it foster positive change or inspire action?

• One of the most striking things when reading the contents is the relevance of the content. Does it address topics in a meaningful way? When the content becomes complex, it prevents it from being read.

How would you ensure that the potential of the curated account is maximized?

• I would clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each member of the Steemcurator01 team so it should have a clear understanding of our role and what is expected of us. This will help to ensure that everyone knows what we need to do, and can work together effectively.

• The most important thing is communicate effectively. Steemcurator01 team should establish clear lines of communication, and make sure that everyone is able to share information and ideas effectively. This can help to avoid misunderstandings and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

• I think Steemcurator01 team must use data and analytics of Steemit to track the progress and identify areas for improvement. This can help to ensure that the efforts are focused and effective. For example, how is the participation rate of the authors in the initiatives, is progress being made in line with the targets, and how is the rate of active writers changing?

• I would be transparent and accountable with my Steemcutaror01 team about our goals and objectives. This will help to build trust and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals. I would clearly state what the goal is: For example, to increase the value of Steemin, to attract investors to the platform or to make it an active and useful social platform.

• I would provide regular feedback with my comments or by posting periodically. Because my (Steemcurator01) comments can be difficult to follow. I would encourage those who have an idea to provide us with feedback under this post as well. Like new project ideas, initiative ideas, or issues of discomfort. This can help collaboration and support and enable everyone to work together to create high-quality content.

How many people would operate the account to make it work properly?

I think the ideal number of Steemcurator01 team will vary depending on the size and scope of the content that we are supporting. Considering that it works 24 hours a day, there should be at least 3 people in order to determine the quality, plagiarism, readability, and attractiveness of the content, to have a little idea about the authors and to be productive. Being too crowded can make management and coordination difficult.

Would you disclose your identity or prefer anonymity?

This is a really good question😅 This is a decision that depends more on the Steemit platform than on the Steemcurator01 team members.

In some cases, disclosing the names of the team members may be beneficial, as it can help to build trust and credibility with content creators and the broader community. For example, if the team includes well-known and respected experts in a particular field, disclosing our names could help to demonstrate the team's expertise and commitment to supporting high-quality content 😎

On the other hand, in some cases, keeping the names of the team members confidential may be more appropriate. For example, if the team members have sensitive roles or responsibilities, or if the team is working on a confidential or sensitive project, keeping our names confidential may be necessary to protect our privacy and the confidentiality of the project 🤔

If the names keep confidential, there will be no concern or expectation for the authors in case of a possible change of team members.

I guess if there is not a well-known economist, artist, scientist, etc. in my Steemcurator01 team I'd rather keep it private 😉
