This morning, we began our workday as usual, gathering with our colleagues before the sun was even high. The air was still cool, but the spirit of hard work was firmly embedded within each of us. Today's task was to weld accordion wire, a task that requires precision, physical strength, and solid teamwork. The sound of the welding machine had been ringing since morning, setting the rhythm that signaled the beginning of our day's struggle.
