Tawny Coster Butterfly (Acraea terpsicore)
This time I am coming up with some pics of one of the common butterflies that I found on higher spot, known as tawny coster butterfly that live around my neighbor. So when I stumbled around the bush, I noticed this winged insect hanging in the wild grass with fascinating style. Its existence up here attracted me so badly and I might deal with some shots while it was being calm. Tawny butterfly belongs to the family Nymphalidae and of the most recognizable butterflies on this planet. I usually found them in backyard, and sometime in the bush around my neighbor. They always fascinated me with their color that brilliantly appeared from their wing while the white dots on the front part is adorable to notice. The butterfly has a relatively slow flight, usually fluttering restlessly as it moves around to feed on various nectaring sources. Occasionally, it will stop to rest on twigs or upper surfaces of leaves with its wings folded upright. Most of the time, when it stops to feed on flowers, it tends to keep its wings open for balance.
