Bristly Tropical Cup Fungi (Cookeina tricholoma)

in Beauty of Creativity6 days ago

I found these mushrooms during the nature walk a few days ago, somewhere around the local forest. They were noticed when I was on the way down to the creek. I was first tempted by the look of this hairy mushroom, which urged me to spend some time taking its photos. As it was my first time seeing such a hairy mushroom and it was singly growing on dried tree skin, I tried to not miss this chance. These mushrooms are growing through the crack of rotten wood; they grow freely for a certain period. If we look from a distance, they have nothing to be proud of, but if we come closer, there was something that made me tempted, especially the color and the way they grow. The cap shows the orange color and white line at the end, while the pox cannot make them lost its beauty.
