Hello #BoC community

Today was one of those days when I felt like preparing something extra special for my family, so I decided to make homemade biryani. Cooking biryani always takes time and patience,

I started by marinating the chicken with yogurt and spices, then prepared basmati rice with whole spices. Layering the rice and chicken together and letting everything cook on low heat filled the area with an amazing smell. Everyone was eagerly waiting for it to be ready

Unfortunately, in all the excitement of serving the meal, I completely forgot to take a photo of the final biryani. 😅 I only realized it after everyone had already started eating, and by then the serving dish was nearly empty

Even though I missed capturing the finished dish, the most important thing was that everyone enjoyed it. Seeing my family's happy faces and empty plates was the best compliment I could receive.
