Acrylic paint for the walls? Oh, I’ve never heard of that before, but I don’t know much about that sort of thing. The actual painting wouldn’t be so bad, it’s just all the faffing about before you can even get started.

To be more precise, it’s not really paint, but an emulsion with acrylic particles. When it dries, these particles form a solid thin layer that lets air pass through (so it’s not a sealed film) and stays on the walls for a long time. You can add color pigments to this emulsion if you want to paint the walls in a specific color. Most people choose white because it’s a universal color. If the wall gets damaged somewhere, you can easily fix that spot without repainting a large area.
