I understand your worries about horses. But horses disappear from our lives.
There is a Tatar village across the river in our area. Horses are a traditional Tatar food. My neighbors were also Tatars and when their daughter got married, they specially ordered a horse for the wedding table
One farmer breeds horses specifically for this, as I breed rabbits. Horses like wild mustangs walk along the meadows all year round and the farmer periodically sends one horse to the sausage production.
