The idea I want to share is
that is, exchanging skills with someone. That is, everyone will carry out this initiative together in one place for one hour on a specific day every week or month, but in this case, no money will be required and no one will feel any hesitation in teaching someone or sharing their experience. Feel free to present each other's skills and teach the girl to another.

A tailor will teach sewing, a student will teach computer, a housewife will teach her special cooking, some will teach reading English, some will plant trees, some will teach gardening, some will share experiences in the bridge, here there will be no difference between teacher and student, everyone will learn from each other and that without feeling like a grandmother.

Suppose there is a demand for mobile servicing at present. An unemployed youth has learned mobile repairing. A Vidya could not put her sewing skills to use again. A teenage girl has learned some practical skills. This is enough for a few people in a small space to share their skills with each other. If this idea is actually the main beauty, then money is not needed here, only human skills and time are the main resources. In this, people will feel valuable and the society will increase trust and dependence on each other.

Why is this idea important now?

In the current society, people have the desire to learn but do not have the opportunity, and many have the opportunity but do not have the desire to learn.But through this initiative, they will teach and learn from each other, thus increasing motivation and building a good and quality society. Who do you feel needs to hear this idea the most?

Nowadays, the young generation is depressed and everyone is addicted to mobile phones and they live their lives virtually, so this issue should be taken seriously and imposed on them and they should pay more attention to this issue, because if the youth suffers from unemployment, then that society or country will never be able to progress. In that case, people acquire skills by paying a lot of money for courses, but as a result of such initiatives, we can create many good initiatives for people for free and build external and environmental relationships.

Also, it is important for brainy people, many women are very skilled in cooking, but they never get the opportunity to use it, so they can use it. Many people have many types of talents but they never get the opportunity to show it, through this initiative, they can showcase their talents in front of everyone.

What is the first small step someone could take to begin?

To start this, it is not necessary to set a specific place and everyone should constantly communicate with everyone and gather in the same place and everyone should respond to that call and take this initiative forward. However, in determining this place, the club room, the mosque's balcony, the empty room for the school, or the yard of someone's house will be very good.

Such places will be very good, then a list will be made of who can learn. It is not a problem to start with just 5 seconds on the first day. One will say, "I will teach you in the next rock" and another will say, "I will teach you mobile settings" and in this way, one by one, it will be seen that people are responding to this initiative with enthusiasm and everyone will love to learn.

And gradually its effect will spread in this society and people will be able to move themselves forward through their education and teaching. So I think it is very important to implement it. Because everything does not actually start with a big or grand plan, sometimes if people give people a little time, that becomes the easiest way to change their lives.
