Simple First Aid Techniques

Today I have come to participate in this contest that has been organized by sir @eveetim. This is a very interesting contest. Then I can not stop myself to participate. Let's get start.

First aid is the provision of complete medical care to an injured sick or accident victim or immediate assistance until a doctor is available. This help can be small such as bandaging a minor wound or large such as helping an unconscious person breathe. The goal of first aid is to save the patient's life prevent their condition from worsening and get them to medical care safely.
This is very important because an accident or illness can happen at any time anywhere. Not every place has a doctor or hospital immediately available. In such cases first aid can be the difference between life and death. Many times a minor mistake or delay can make a person's condition serious. While timely and correct help can prevent major damage.
First aid is not limited to physical help. But it also helps to encourage the patient reduce anxiety and reduce their mental stress. A calm and informed person cannot only make better decisions but also manage others.

Another important aspect is that it instills a sense of responsibility in society. When people learn first aid ⛑️ they are able to keep themselves and others safe. It also reduces the pressure on hospitals as minor problems can be taken care of at home or on the spot.
In short first aid is a basic life saving skill. That every person should know as it is. The only means of providing immediate and effective help in emergency situations.

The first technique There are several simple first aid techniques that are often used in everyday life. The most common technique is to clean and bandage the wound. This technique is used when someone has a cut a fall or a torn skin. Goal is to stop blood and cure infection.

The second another important technique is first aid in the case of burns. When person is burn by hot water. Immediately run burn area under cold water. This method prevents further damage to the skin and also reduces irritation.

The third another simple technique is used in the case of nosebleeds. In this the patient is seated upright. The head is tilted slightly forward and the soft part of the nose is pressed for a few minutes. This stops the bleeding.

The fourth technique In case of unconsciousness it is also an important first aid technique to check the patient's breathing by laying him down in an upright position. If he is breathing. He is laid on his back so that the airway is not blocked.
Similarly apply ice to sprain and strain is common and effective technique. It help to reduce pain and swell.
All these techniques are used. When a sudden problem arises but is not life threatening or until full medical help arrives. Their timely use can save a person from great harm and can prevent further loss of human life.

First the method of dressing the wound is explained. First clean your hand and use sanitizer. Then wash to wound with clean water to remove dirt. If available apply an antiseptic. Then cover the wound with a clean bandage or cloth and tie it lightly. So that the bleeding stops.

SecondIn case of a burn, first place the burned area under cold water for at least ten to fifteen minutes. After that if there are blisters do not burst them. Cover them lightly with a clean cloth or sterile bandage. Avoid applying oil toothpaste or other natural products.
Third If there is a nosebleed sit the patient upright. Tilt the head forward instead of back. Press soft part of nose with your thumb and finger for five minutes. Ask to patient breath through his mouth.

Fourth To help an unconscious person first lay him surface. Check his breath and pulse. If breathing is possible lay person on their back so that tongue does not fall back and block airway. Remove crowd from area and seek immediate medical help.
Fifth In case of swelling first rest affected area. Wrap ice in cloth and apply it for ten to fifteen minutes. Then keep area elevated to reduce swelling.

All these steps should be done in order and calmly. So that the patient gets maximum benefit and does not suffer any harm.

Yes guys I have used first aid to help my sister at home. And this experience has been very instructive for me. One day my younger sister suddenly slipped while working in the kitchen and got hurt in her hand. Due to the fall her hand started bleeding and she panicked. There was no big one in the house at that time. So I had to handle the situation. First of all I kept myself calm because I knew that panic could increase the problem. I sat sister and reassured her that everything will be fine. After that I washed my hands and gently cleaned wound with clean water to remove. Since I has basic knowledge of first aid. I tried to stop bleeding by pressure on wound. When the blood subsided. I applied antiseptic and tied the wound with a clean bandage.

During this time I kept talking to my sister to reduce her fear. After some time she started feeling much better and her crying also stopped. Later when the parents came home. We also took him to the doctor but the doctor said that the wound did not get worse due to the first aid given in time. This incident made me realize how important the knowledge of first aid at home is especially for girls. Because we often face such situations in household chores. That day I felt confident in knowledge I had learned. Also understood that even a small help can become a great facility for someone.

I think everyone should learn basic first aid ⛑️. Because it is a skill that is not limited to any particular profession or age. Accidents can happen to everyone with rich poor children and adults. When everyone has a little first aid ⛑️ society as a whole becomes safer.
Learning first aid instills a sense of responsibility in a person. He becomes able to help practically instead of just being a spectator. Many times people do not do anything simply. Because they are afraid of making a mistake. The right knowledge eliminates this fear.
This skill helps save lives. In situations like heart attack respiratory arrest severe bleeding or burns the first few minutes are very precious. If the right action is taken in these moments the patient's life can be saved.
In addition learning first aid also makes small everyday problems easier. There is no need to rush to the hospital immediately for minor injuries fever sprains or burns. This saves both time and money.

In conclusion it would not be wrong to say that first aid is a human duty. It is also morally necessary to help someone in trouble. When everyone learns this society becomes more compassionate stronger and organized.
