RE: SLC-S29/W3-“Thinking and Ideas!| Seeing Problems Differently!”
It's been I stay focused to read a post like this because I want to understand the real direction your point is...... But am sorry I still don't get it.
From the scenery you mentioned, a father stole milk from a shop to feed his por boy......I have watched this kind of scenerio in a movie, probably they will take the man to court and most time the judge will pardon him.
But killing is not the option because I believe everyone will take responsibility of his actions either good or bad, people that killed him should be prosecuted. The right thing to do was to hand him other to local authority......... Then he can serve his own punishment.
I know some people will say I rather die than to steal..... no big deal but I can tell there's a situation you see yourself.......you might not think about the outcome but just the life at the moment. Am not justifying the man action. Make una no come for me🤣
Have a good day.
This story is merely an illustration to illustrate how economic pressures can lead some people to commit foolish acts that result in legal consequences. The point is, the government isn't unaware of this situation, but its common sense is still being manipulated to serve political favors (return favors), rather than the public interest.
There's nothing wrong with that, my friend. Thank you for reading and leaving a positive comment. 🙏
Interesting.......am just curious does it means there is not poor people is a highly developed country. No matter a country is, there are still people who will still suffer from one thing or the other. I think everyone just draw the attention to the government, government should do this, government should do that, how about yourself, how do we support this.
They're some certain thing government can do to people or citizens but it's won't work if we the citizens don't comply.
Let me give you an example, in our constitution, on fundamental human rights, they say:
Right to life
Right to education
Right to fair hearing
Omo..... All this na cruise, it you no get money to pay lawyer who will represent you in court you're OYO(own your own)
Yes, it's true, as you said. I think you've answered your own question. Each status has its own role and function, and they support each other. It's just that what's written isn't being done, or they're doing what's not written. 🤣
Period 😁
Thank you @ruthjoe 🙏
