Yes, I have dared to be different by choosing to remain active on Steemit even when many other gave up.
When I started my steemit journey, I didn't see it as something interesting, it was too good to be true, but along the line, I stopped due to some issues that needed immediate attention. But on my comeback, it was a total different package. I noticed a lot of changes but I quickly adapted.
This time I stayed, even when I had a request from a friend to join their platform, I stayed, because I knew I wanted to dare till the end. Even when it felt discouraging, I didn't quit, I realized that my journey on steemit was not just about the reward but about growth.
Through consistent writing, I improved my creativity and communication skills, developed discipline by posting regularly and also connected with people from different parts of the world. Even when rewards were low, I kept reminding myself that growth takes a little time.
Choosing to stay felt different because I was no longer following the majority, I was standing on my own decisions, and that required courage.

I maintained my stand and still...
Although I faced moments of doubts and discouragements, but I did not give in to the pressure to quit. Instead of focusing on what others were doing, I focused on improving myself. I learned to stop comparing my progress with others and started appreciating my personal growth.
Maintaining my stand taught me that consistency matters more than excitement. While others powered down, I remained committed and this decision straightened my confidence because I proved to myself that I could stay dedicated even when it is not convenient.

I believe daring to be different is worth it when it is rooted on purpose and personal growth. It may not always bring immediate rewards, and it can sometimes feel lonely. However, it builds character, self-confidence and discipline.
Being different for the right reasons helps you discover your strength. It teaches patience and long time thinking. Looking at my own case, staying on steemit helped me grow in ways I did not expect. It improved my writing, broadened my perspective and strengthened my determination.
