My Observation:

Wow! You must be a good leader for the women, looking out forthe women is quit amazing. I can't imagine the number of women that go through rough times daily due to negligence and others. I just wish that the voices of the women would be heard one day.

I believe you would have opponents but the women who needs changes would stand by your governance. I hope to hear the voices of the women someday!
