How are you all, I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well. Today I came here to make a new post. But today I am going to participate in a competition. But thank you very much to @ninapenda for bringing such a beautiful educational topic among us. Actually, I think it is very important in learning. Nowadays, it is seen that those who are given responsibility cannot perform their duties properly and may face many problems. In this case, I feel that if I get such an opportunity, I will first try to ensure the safety and respect of women. It can be seen that women are harassed the most nowadays and they cannot live as independently as they want. This is a really difficult issue as a human being or as a woman. It is seen that women face a lot of violence and harassment wherever they go. And I will take strict action in this regard first of all. And I will try to see that this issue gets proper respect. Below I have tried to write the answers to all the questions beautifully. I hope you will like this topic of mine.

If I am given full authority in our country for a year, I will first solve one problem, which is the safety and respect of women. Which I think is the most important in our country or society. Actually, safety does not mean only physical safety, it is seen that along with all these, mental, social, legal and family aspects, women always live in fear. They cannot live without fear of anything. This is actually very sad to hear. If I get the opportunity to work on this issue, then I will first of all stop violence against women and harassment of women. It is seen that currently women always face harassment on the streets, in offices or in educational institutions. It is also seen that women face a lot of harassment online or offline. I will definitely try to stop these issues. Along with that, women are harassed in various ways within the family and society. And I will take many steps in this regard. And of course, I will try to ensure the safety of women.

In fact, I have chosen the issue of women's safety and respect because it is a socially based issue that is directly related to fundamental human rights and morality. Once a woman is not safe, she is deprived of various contributions to society, such as independent education. In this case, I do not think that violence and harassment against women is actually just a personal problem. Because I think it is a huge obstacle to the overall development of a nation. I think that if this problem exists, it is not possible to carry out any development activities. In this case, I think it becomes meaningless. So, I think that despite many problems, I will give women's safety the highest priority. So that a woman can walk with this respect. She can live with her rights. So that she never faces harassment.

If I have to take a tough decision, I will try to bring cases of violence and harassment against women to justice as soon as possible and ensure strict punishment. In this case, it is seen that many times the criminals get away with any bad act if they are influential. But I will ensure that no matter how influential the criminal is, this decision will be equal for everyone. In this case, I think my decision will be tough because in many cases, it is seen that social pressure and political influence are used to obstruct the justice process. However, if we want to ensure the safety of women, there should be no obstruction in the matter of justice. In this case, I think that strict decisions can prevent such crimes in the future. Because if we do not take strict decisions, it is seen that everyone neglects and gets away with it. That is why I will definitely take a strict decision.

For those who do not agree with my decision, I will first say that I respect all their initiatives. But they must highlight the main objectives of my decision. So that they understand the whole matter. They must understand that this decision is not to punish anyone unnecessarily but to ensure women's safety and with it to prevent such crimes in the future. In this case, but where there is injustice, crime increases. However, if I take a strict decision, then sometimes it is a little uncomfortable, but it ensures a lot of safety and justice. Again, it is seen that this is essential for building a beautiful humane society. These issues must be explained to them in a very beautiful way and highlighted among them. So that they understand how important the issue is. And they must be convinced that this decision will ultimately do a good job for the welfare of all of us. Which maybe they will get proof of while working.
