Direction for Preparation.

Wash all your proteins, which include the meat , stockfish, and cow skin, properly with clean water. Pour them into a clean pot and put them on the fire. Add your grinded fresh pepper, seasoning cubes, salt, and a small amount of water to cook. After some minutes, check and adjust the seasoning as needed, and proceed to adding more clean water for cooking depending on how big you want your soup to be.Add your palm oil and cover to incorporate with other ingredients in the pot. When the oil color changes well, then you can add the washed sliced water leaf and cover again to cook before finally adding the grinded Afang leaf. You can add more palm oil as you wish, then bring down the soup, and our delicious Afang soup is ready.
