Greetings friend, I like that you are rooting and advocating for women and I totally agree with you that women should also have a say in the society and also be given a chance just as men are given.

But I also like to talk about the biblical aspect of women. In the Bible especially in the context of marriage women were meant to be submissive to their husbands because if they are not the marriage will not stand and you wouldn't want your wife to challenge you as a man. That is why God brought the idea of wife's submission to the husband. God did not say a women should be discriminated by men or their society it's just a misconception of the word of God and wrong doctrines.
