My Personal Opinion about the movie Kali

I would like to begin by asking you all a question. How would you react if you discovered your female friend or sister is dating an older man?. What's your opinion about younger women dating older men old enough to be their father?

The movie Kali is a Nigerian movie that tells a story of a young lady who prefers to date older men old enough to be her father. Guess what? At a point she even had to date her friends Dad. Bad right?

She got tired of side talks and pressure from her friends and mother to settle for a men her age and she decided to give it a try. She got into a new relationship with a man her age but do you think this relationship would last?

You guessed right , it didn't last and now she thinks something is wrong with her for not feeling alright in a relationship with a man of her age, so she decides to seek help with a therapist.

On the other hand, her mother been so religious didn't pay so much attention to her daughter feeling all things is all about just saying the phrase "God forbid".

Parenting is not always easy but I think mothers should pay more attention to their children wether grown or still a kid.

My Personal Rating for the movie Kali

The movie Kali sends a message that not all ladies interested in older men came for their money. Some may actually love genuinely and feel a sense of connection between these men, well what do I know when I have not tried to date them before?

There were few actors am familiar with in this movie but I decided to give the movie a trial by going ahead to see it. Remember what they say about not judging a book by it's cover? Exactly!

Generally, I love the movie, I love the efforts each actor, director put into this movie to make it a success. Oh how can I forget the picture quality of the movie, it was topnotch. The music and sound was not left out too as they all worked together to make this movie just what it is.
