Week 1: Movies About Choices

Focus for the week:

Decisions and consequences...

Every Choice we make as human are triggered by decisions and for every decision we choose to make has its consequences wether good or bad.

Decision making should be taken seriously and done intentionally because it affects the outcome of our lives. There are movies you watch and it inspires you to take a step towards a direction or make a decision about something you have been confused about.

Recently I got worried about a particular thing, I didn't know how to go about it for weeks, one cool evening I just went on YouTube just to relax my nerve with a movie as I usually do. That day was different for me because the movie was all I needed. Clarity came and I made a choice born out of a simple movie.

This weeks task is not about you making a decision after watching a movie just like my example above, it is about a decision or any decision made by an actor in the movie you watched that changed the game either for good or bad.

Task for the week

• Watch any movie of your choice from the movie respond to the following;

• What single decision in the movie changed everything?

• What would you have done differently?

• Did the character’s choice feel right or wrong to you? And why?

Guidelines for the challenge

• Read carefully from the beginning and understand the task

• Plagiarism and the Use of Ai is not allowed in this challenge.

• The Title of your submission should be "SC-S31/W1-Movie Magic |Movie About Choices (add name of the movie)

• Post your entry in steem4nigeria community or on your blog

• Submit your entry link under this post.

• Tags to be used: #mschallenge-s31w1 among the first three tags, #steemexclusive #movies #creativewriting, and your country.

• Your entry will be evaluated and rated out of 10, based on the emotional impact, quality and presentation, thoughts and the creativity of your storyline. Note that results can not be contested and decisions are final!

• The minimum word count should be 500 words.

• Invite 3 active friends to participate and drop the link to your post in the comments of this post.

• Promote on social networks like X and add the link under your post

• This contest will be open for 7 days starting at Monday 00:00 UTC, it will close at 11:59pm UTC every Sunday.

Reward for contest winners

• At the end of the challenge I will announce the best 5 entries.

• Those top 5 entries will be eligible to receive @steemcurator01 upvotes and other participants can expect random votes from SC02 until the end of this challenge.

How winners will be chosen

Top 5 will be selected based on the movie selected, effort put into the work , creativity brought in, their writing style, How good they interpreted the task given and how they adhered to all instructions given.
