We've all been excited and hopeful when someone makes us a promise, right? But what happens when that promise is shattered, leaving you disappointed and maybe even hurt?

When someone says they'll do something or make a commitment, but then they don't follow through, how do you feel? Sometimes, this can also happen in relationships or even with yourself when you promise to do something but end up not doing it.

Hence, in this contest, we want you to share your ideas with us about the impact these actions have on relationships, trust, and even our sense of self.
