HONESTY is like a super important ingredient said to be need in all of our relationships and in how we see ourselves. Because it is about being truthful, not just with others, but also with yourself.

However, being honest isn't always easy as sometimes the truth can be tough to hear or tough to say. This could be admitting you messed up or sharing something that could hurt someone's feelings. That's where it gets interesting, because honesty isn't just about blurting out whatever comes to mind. It's about being thoughtful, kind, and brave enough to share the truth, even when it's hard.

Since honesty is about being real, being truthful, and being willing to face the truth, even when it's uncomfortable then at what cost?
