You should write your opinion and how you feel not write; I describe stress in my own words.

If it comes to you tips they don't look helpful. Imagine you have to be somewhere in time and that bus is late again. You will take a deep sleep? If I am stressed I cannot sleep, it's better to distract myself. Blank mind or better: be prepared for whatever can happen that gives you stress.

Excercise to fight stress? So if I have stress at work I say to the nagging customer: sorry I will first bicycle for an hour and help you when I feel better? I already take the bike to work and walk a lot (at my work and in the village, no car) so it's enough exercise if you ask me. I tell you all I want is to stay home. Stress is brought by people, always, everywhere. If you are told to show up at the principal's office, if your father tells you to be prepared, if your sport and even if you want to listen to music and share a room or home with people who don't like the noise you listen at.
A bit of stress can be healthy but if it eats you it's better to ask yourself: Why am I keep doing this!
