😝 Haciendo leche condensada casera / Making homemade condensed milk.
Hello friends, I bring you a very easy and sweet recipe to prepare at home, condensed milk.
Condensed milk is very rich and we can also accompany it with many things, we can also use it to prepare certain desserts, I really love it and I especially like to accompany it with fruit.
The ingredients are not a big deal, just use half a cup of milk 8 tablespoons of sugar and half a cup of water.
Well I prepare it with milk powder, but it can also be prepared with liquid milk, skim milk and whole milk, depending on the availability you have at home.
The first thing I did was put the half cup of water in a small pot, let it heat for about two minutes, and then I was adding the sugar, which I was beating so that it dissolved completely in the water, this mixture must be left on the fire until boil, once boiled we remove it from the heat and let it rest for about 3 minutes.
After the 3 minutes were up, I added the mixture to the blender, whisking it for 40 seconds.
After 40 seconds we turn off the blender and add the milk little by little, I started with two tablespoons and then I turned on the blender again and added the rest, we have to leave it in the blender for approximately 2-3 minutes until we see that it is thick, If you see that still liquid add more powdered milk.
When our condensed milk is ready, we store it in a glass jar and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours so that it thickens even more.
I left it in the fridge for about two hours and then I wanted to taste it, it was incredibly delicious and I decided to accompany it with some delicious strawberries that I bought today.
As you can see, it is very easy and it came out quite a bit, the amount is much more than what is normally available in the supermarkets here, I invite you to try this very simple recipe at home.

Ricoooo, yo también hice un post hace días sobre cómo hacer leche condensada casera. De verdad que si tienes los ingredientes en casa no vale la pena comprarla en el supermercado, queda igual de deliciosa. Saludos!!!
