I loved your salad recipe, especially because it has coconut. I never thought of using coconut in a salad before and I particularly love the taste of coconut. I didn't know this dish and today I learned a new recipe that I will keep to prepare it. Thanks for sharing it

If you can't find Gotu kola, you can use curly parsley or curly kale instead of that. Give a try! 😋
