It's great to be back in the Steemit learning challenge, week 3 💪. This week has presented some challenges for me, and I've had to adapt my routine accordingly. Given my unpredictable schedule, I've decided to condense my exercise routine into Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, as I may be required to work on-site from Thursday to the weekend, making it tough to stick to my usual routine .

On a positive note, I've been making progress with my jumping jacks, I managed to push myself from 55 repetitions last week to 85 this week, adding 10 reps each day. It's a small win, but it's a win nonetheless, and I'm determined to keep the momentum going.

Day - 7 (Monday)

Jumping Jacks - 65 Reps.

It's Day 7 of my progressive action, and I'm glad to be kicking off the week with a solid effort. I executed 65 reps of jumping jacks on Monday, adding 10 reps to the 55 I managed last week on Day 6. I'm sticking to the routine that worked for me previously, following the exact steps to minimize the risk of injury, particularly to my ankles, which are crucial for this exercise . Consistency is key, and I'm pleased to be building on the progress I've made so far, ten additional rep per day.

How I felt

Adding 10 more reps definitely took things up a notch, and I felt way more energized compared to last week. The increased intensity was palpable, the sweat and effort showed, and it's reassuring to know the impact is real . Despite the higher rep count, I genuinely enjoyed the jumping jacks, it was a great way to free my mind from worries and replace them with a sense of fun and accomplishment. The exercise became more than just physical activity, it was a mental escape, and I'm loving the dual benefits.

Day - 8 (Tuesday)

Jumping Jacks - 75 Reps.

On Tuesday, marking Day 8 of this learning challenge, I took matters into my own hands and showed up ready to push forward, even though my teammates weren't training today. I wore my usual workout outfit, determined to stay on track with my progressive action, and successfully hit 65 repetitions of jumping jacks. I stuck to the same steps I followed on Day 7, ensuring proper form and technique to get it just right. It's days like these that test my motivation and discipline, and I'm proud to have stayed committed to my goals.

How I felt

Starting fresh on Tuesday, I felt revitalized and energized, and I attribute it to the 5-minute warm-up I squeezed in before diving into the jumping jacks. To be honest, I didn't really feel much fatigue, probably because I'd mentally geared myself up to smash the 65 reps before heading offline. The whole experience was surprisingly smooth, and I managed to complete the reps in one go without causing any concern for my videographer, a young fella who was capturing the action, glad I didn't give him a show . It was a solid session, and I'm stoked about the progress.

Day - 9 (Wednesday)

Jumping Jacks - 85 Reps.

Yesterday, Wednesday, marked the last day of this week's progressive action, and I successfully wrapped up the challenge by hitting 85 reps of jumping jacks. It was a great opportunity to join my teammates for our usual exercise and football session, so I leveraged the moment to complete the program while they were working out alongside me.

How I felt

Being surrounded by like-minded individuals definitely boosted my energy, and I'm happy to have pushed through to the finish line, 85 reps felt awesome. Initially, I wanted to quit because I received a call, and my attention was needed at the site, just like I thought it'd happen. But yet still, I determined to complete the 85 reps before going to anywhere. I'm proud of staying committed to the plan, I felt accomplished.

One thing that's become crystal clear to me is that daily progress, no matter how small, is a game-changer when it comes to building overall wellbeing. It's easy to get caught up in the idea of achieving fitness goals overnight, but the gradual, incremental approach being championed by our coaches is truly transformative. I'm loving the journey, and I'm convinced others are too, judging by the progress we're all making.

Since I'm done with my action this week already, I'll be gearing up in preparation for next week's progressive action, which I'm sure it'll require more energy. Stayfit, staysafe, till next week.

I'd like to invite @bossj23 @emishael60 and @kidi40 to participate.
