Hi esteem fitness lovers, i trust y'all enjoying your fitness journey. Staying fit is actually a long term journey that a create a path to learn from others enthusiast while they learn from us too as well through our daily fitness routine.
As a fitness personnel, I was opportune to meetup with others fitness enthusiast in our usual playground, there we engage in variety of exercise programs which i highlight below.
Jumping jack and squat.

A fun football game.
These we had a fun full workout session along with a refreshment session. Ngoenyi remains the outsmart coach who fuels our fitness session to createness, we kick off at 7 o'clock AM starting with:
We started positioning a cone in five paces, each track was occupied by a single person. Per coach ngoenyi decision, our target was to execute twenty repetitions in five set. It was first complicated until coach ngoenyi properly demonstrated the demo, here are the steps.
Place cone in four to five paces, depending on the number of people involved.
Stand between a cone and engage core strength, ready to execute jumping jack and squat.
Perform the jumping jack in five repetitions and jump to the next cone, squat as you land and jump to the next cone to execute the jumping jack.
Keep going until you exceed the last cone and return starting point.
It's a type of exercise that contact the full body, the upper body and lower body therefore it helps in improving cardiovascular health leading to a normal heart rate, attack the abs, stronger the legs, build a stronger muscles and contribute to a flexible body movements.
After the completion of the jumping jack and squat program, we progress to a new program introduced by coach ngoenyi, dumbbell toe touch was the next in line and we targeted fifteen repetitions in five sets. Here are the steps by steps in performing this program.
Sit in a flat floor surface, might be in a mart or another comfortable.
Hold the dumbbell in your palm facing your shin bone (your shin bone remain upward.) engage core strength.
Lean back to the floor, stretch your arms and legs to reach it maximum limit.
Lift up to the starting position and continue the process.
Dumbbell toe touch is a type of exercise that attack the abdominal regions (tummy) specifically and shape it to produce the six pack sequently. It also helps in preventing knee osteoarthritis as you stretch and fold the knee.
Following the stay-fit workout routine, Wednesday is always for football immediately after exercise. We kick off around 8 o'clock, during the minutes the both team showcase what they've acquainted so far leading to a first screamer goal by team blue and put team yellow under intense pressure.
The yellow team bounce back to level the score margin and increased by 5 extra goals making it 6:1 in the first half of play. After a 15 minutes rest, we kicked off the second half with a tactical goal from the yellow team. The blue team were under frustration as the goals were raining on them. @alli001 who strikes for the blue team tried all his magic but the yellow team defense was tight like a rock.
I help my team to scored a poker, i mean four goals in a single match. The match ended in a 9:1 with team yellow securing a nine goals in a single match, i guessed we made a record of scoring 9 goals in a single match, @ngoenyi and @alli001, am i right?
In conclusion, we experienced a fun workout session and a fulfilling football game along with a refreshment hours. The energy was great as we're still working hard ahead of our upcoming return friendly match against TEAM HFC NATION.
