Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice; it's week 3 of the progressive action fitness challenge and I'm here to participate on the challenge once again, after enjoying Last week drill I've decided to continue with the same program I choose right from week 1.

For that are just seeing this new; I'm about to challenge myself on jumping jacks exercise, the rules is to exercise for three days and make a content sharing with I did each day, progress is the important in the challenge and I've successfully made mine, let start from day 1.

Day — 1.

Jumping Jacks — 100 Reps .

This is the first week that I've early engage on this challenge, I started earlier on Monday because I was more free. Since I stopped at 100 in week—2, this week I decided to increase the repetition by 10 hence executing 100 repetition of jumping jacks at a go.

Execution process; after finding a good flat surface that cause no Injury I engage myself on the right position, legs close and both hands place sideways, core strength engage and slowly began to jump, at this point two legs separated sideways while my hands goes up and then returned to the starting position continuously untill I hit my target repetition.

My feelings; I was athletically boosted, I was more alive as my I felt energized, the frequency of gasping was higher than before I started the exercise so because of that I was physically energetic, wow I loved it.

It's another day to continue my progressive action fitness challenge and it happened to be on a Tuesday; I'm to execute 110 repetition of jumping jacks with 10 repetition increments, it looks like a big challenge but I'm motivated because I have all the rest I needed so I'm good to give a try.

I started with a single steps, maintain a slower pace and it helps me to stay in control of the program, the reps was high so I needed to stay discipline, as I keeps getting closer to the target the speed gradually increases, it takes me 1 minutes 42 seconds to wrap up my day two of progressive action fitness challenge.

My feelings; 110 repetition of jumping jacks put me on a gasping mood, my legs were a little heavier which makes me to feel a little exhausted so I rested for a bit, in that same frequent I felt more energetic and agile so yes, I love the way it made me feels.

Jumping Jacks — 120 Reps.

Today I venture into day—3 of my progressive action fitness challenge; with the 10 repetition Increments per day I'm to execute 120 repetition of jumping jacks at a go, it's actually a huge challenge so the question is, can I achieve my target at a go? There's only one way to find out.

I've had enough rest so I'm healthy and strong to go, after wearing my fitness kits and find a good position for my challenge, set my target and stay discipline and then begin the exercise, one step at a go untill I hit 120 repetition of jumping jacks in just 1 minutes and 53 seconds, answer to the question— yes it was a big challenge but I did it.

My feelings; I was very happy to execute 120 repetition of jumping jacks at a go, first I thought that it would takes me several attempts but I did it at a go, I was exhausted but quickly recovered with much energy, I felt heat coming out from my body, both heart rate and respiration increase and I know at that point that I've work my cardio really hard so I was happy about it.

In conclusion; exercise is really a good business that everyone of us should adopt, I always feels happy each time I hit my target. This week is really great as I crush what looks like a nightmare to me and I'm more impressed by myself; this is where I stopped for this week, I'll be excited to challenge myself again on week —4.

I'm inviting @bossj23 @alli001 and @emishael60 to join me on this challenge.
