"SEC-S29W5:My Progressive Action (jumping jacks)"
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice; I trust you're all having a day in your different destination, well it's actually the second to the last week of our progressive action fitness challenge and glad to have made it this far, last week was great and this week I believe will be super great.
I began this week challenge on tuesday because I was a bit engaged on Monday; y'all remember the preferred routine right, jumping jacks and I've been holding on to it since the resumption of this season, last week I started from 125 repetition and concluded in 135 repetition so this week I'll be starting from 140 repetition to 150 repetition.
On the first day of week 5; I put myself on a challenge of executing 140 repetition of jumping jacks, after I did what looks like impossible last week I decided to progress by 5 reps. Jumping jacks is a very easy program in the eyes but when you put on to the action you realize how deceived the eyes is.
Well I've been on this field several times so I needed to bring out my determination and endurance; so I engage myself in front of the Camara and slowly I began the action, one reps at a go, kept my pace under control by moving slowly and by this I was firing untill 140 repetition of jumping was well achieved.
How I feel, it was a moment of great happiness because st first I kind of doubt, not because I won't do it because I felt like it'll takes me three to four trials but with the right mindset I did it at a go, I was warmth and energized, a little sweaty and breathe rapidly, in all I liked how I felt.

In the second day of week—5 which happens to be a Wednesday I decided to wrap up 145 repetition of jumping jacks, I didn't panicked cause I was so confident that I'll execute it just like the first day, so I find somewhere good and set up my Camara personnel before the action begin.
I was already confident so the determination and endurance were there; my mind was programmed and focused on reaching the very last reps, so I engage my core strength, pull my legs together and position my arms sideways and voila the action begin, 145 repetition of jumping jacks was aching.
How I feel, I was happy because I didn't disappoint my instincts, I was sure I would execute the program and I did it confidentially. As usual my heart rate increases as my heart beat faster, I was warned up and felt stronger than before, the feeling was super great.

Finally it's day—3 in week—5 of my progressive action fitness challenge and I'm to challenge myself on 150 jumping jacks at a go, this is the highest repetition I'll execute on this week so I have to be more intentional about the execution process, I haven't tried out 150 jumping jacks at a go before so this is my first time of attempting 150 jumping jacks at a go.
I engage my core strength; both leg pull together and arms on sideways, at this point I was ready to present my execution so I begin the action, first arrived at 50 repetition and still counting to 100 repetition and continue while slowly speeding my pace and boom I landed at 150 repetition of jumping jacks, I finally reached and setup a new high score of 150 jumping jacks.
How i feel, I was totally short down as I breathe rapidly, felt my chest enlarged as my heart pump faster, I felt really strong as if I was about to lift weight and I was very excited about not just because I was energetic but also because I've successfully wrapped up week —5 challenge, i love it.

In conclusion, I've actually enjoyed this week challenge to the max and mostly because I've been able to execute this week challenge, thanks to @ngoenyi and @marvinvelasquez for hosting and helping us discover our hidden strength, this is where I conclude week —5 challenge, see y'all in week—6.
