Jumping jacks.

Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice; cordial greetings to y'all, it's the last week of our progressive fitness challenge and it's my pleasure to here and in all the previous weeks, much thanks to our instructors @ngoenyi and @marvinvelasquez for putting on a well constructive mind to bring us such a wonderful fitness challenge.

One thing I like about this season challenge as the whole is that it teaches us how to progressive in our fitness routine, this has helped me to incorporate my fitness routine in a different way and I'm so much happy about it.

During last week I stopped at 150 repetition of jumping jacks with 5 reps increments, this week I start from where I stop last week with an increase of 5 repetition, that's to say I executed 155 repetition of jumping jacks at a go, let's see how it goes.

Day— 16.

Jumping Jacks—155 Reps.

I started this week challenge on Monday, since I stopped last week execution at 150 I decided to increase by 5 reps to make it 155 repetition at a go. I needed to be so focused and put my endurance at work because I've never attempted to execute a jumping jacks program this much before.

It took me 2 minutes and 19 seconds to complete my day 16 execution of 155 repetition of jumping jacks, I was tempted but I remained dedicated to and focused untill the program was executed.

My feeling, it was a big challenge so the execution process took me a huge energy, I was happy exhausted for a moment and later felt energetic as I warmed up, overcoming a program of that repetition is a big win so I was super glad.

Day— 17.

Jumping Jacks—160 Reps.

On Tuesday I decided to carry on day -17 challenge by attempting to execute 160 repetition of Jumping jacks; progressing by 5 repetition, so I put on my fitness wear, look for a well situated ground and set up my Camara to start the execution.

160 repetition of jumping jacks at a go isn't a joke, it tested so much of endurance as I was breathing heavily especially from 140 reps and above, but at the end I successfully reached my destination which was 160 reps.

How I feel, I experienced an increase of heart rate like my heart was pumping blood so fast, I wasn't tired and I felt like doing more of it but I had to stop because of the nature of the challenge, I was happy I made it to the last reps.

Wednesday happened to be the day I wrapped up my progressive action fitness challenge, a day I attempted the biggest number of jumping jacks for the first time in my life. Actually I love challenge so I was ready to start the execution.

So position myself, engage my core strength and then begin the execution, one rep at a go and continuously untill the number became zero, 165 repetition of jumping jacks was executed, what help me was being committed and putting my endurance at work.

How I feel, executing 166 repetition of jumping jacks at a go was a big win to me, I was super excited for being progressive right from the very beginning till the end, even though my heart rate was well increased I didn't mind because it's a normal thing, trust me I was super excited.

In conclusion, thank you @ngoenyi and @marvinvelasquez for bringing up this challenge to us all, I've practiced and know how to progressive in my fitness journey and I'll always try my best to do my all, it's a great privilege to joined this challenge right from week one and I'll be glad to join your challenge on the next season.
