You tire very quickly for two reasons. The first is your posture: you let your hips sag, affecting your center of gravity and putting too much weight on your midsection. Ideally, you should keep your back straight with your hips slightly raised. The second is your pace: you start very fast and are already tired halfway through. You can improve by maintaining a slower pace, which will give you better performance.

Actually, sir, I have never received any advice or guidance from any professional, so I have never been able to do these things correctly or understand where I am wrong.
