It's a pleasure to see that you've accepted our challenge, welcome! Here is our evaluation of your participation:

The movements have been much better this week. The idea behind lowering the weight is to avoid putting too much strain on the knees and injuring them, so it's suggested to do fewer repetitions if the person doesn't practice this exercise much. Excellent work!
