Our Grading System

Thank you for remaining active and for joining this progressive action fitness session. You did great by checking your vital signs before and after your programs.

You also did well by exercising 3 days in a week as requested.

You have also chosen to stick with imaginary skipping which is great 👍!

However, you need to understand that progressive action requires that you choose a particular rep, say 67 seconds as started with, then the next day, you will build on that seconds by increasing it by either 10 seconds or 20 which should have added up to the first day and you were to do it in one set and not 2 sets. This means that for day 2, you were to skip 67 plus the increase of either 10 s or 20s or even above to make it 77 s or 87 s as the case maybe. And for the 3rd day, you will also skip one set of either 87 or 97 in one set. You are to progress by building on your foundation from day 1.

Hope you get the point. I trust that your day 4 in the coming week will continue with the increase.
