"SEC-S29W5:My Progressive Action (Skipping Rope)"

Today I will be participating in the fifth week of steemit challenge 29 @ngoenyi @marvinvelasquez Madam / Sir "SEC-S29W5:My Progressive Action (add your chosen program here)" Exercise is very important for every person to stay healthy. I could not take up the challenge of participating in the entire exercise challenge. This is my second participation. Hope everyone enjoys my rope jumping exercise.

Today I am preparing to exercise for the fifth time. Last week I completed the skipping rope exercise. But this week the competition gave me a golden opportunity to change the exercise so I decided to do the previous exercise. And I tried to do the exercise a little better this week than the exercise I did last week. This is my second week doing the skipping rope exercise. I hope you all like my exercise.
Today I participated in the fifth week of the contest. The skipping rope exercise is my second participation.
I am a Bangladeshi but I live in Saudi Arabia. It was Wednesday and I was on duty but I brought all the equipment from the room to do this rope jumping exercise. So I prepared to do the rope jumping exercise in the afternoon while I was on duty. There is a city near where I work and I bought ropes for jumping from that city. And last week I finished 50 rope jumping. Today I will add five rope jumping to the fifty and I will do three sets of exercises where my total will be 65 rope jumping. I hold the two ends of the rope with my two hands and wrap it over my head and under my feet from behind and keep jumping so that the rope does not get stuck in my feet. If I have made any mistake, please comment and I will fix the next exercise.

I chose this exercise because it moves everything in my body and gets my heart rate up and it helps me increase blood circulation and strength. Most importantly, I feel comfortable doing this exercise. That's why I chose this exercise.
The second day was Friday, I didn't get much time to do this exercise because I have a lot of work pressure here and most of the time, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are less stressful, which is why I chose these three days. So the day after the first day, I did this exercise. And I didn't do this exercise in the afternoon like the first day. Because I had the opportunity in the morning, I did the exercise in the morning.
I brought all the equipment from the room to do this exercise and prepared for the access in the morning and today I have completed 60 jump ropes. Because I will add five jumps every day. I will have to do this access for many days and you all know that the work is not that easy or that difficult so I will keep adding five jump ropes. I started practicing by holding both ends of the rope it was easy for me. In this way I have done five more jumps than yesterday. And today I have completed 60 jump ropes.

This exercise is very beneficial for me because it helps in maintaining the balance of the body and increases the strength of the legs while jumping. The heart rate during the exercise helps in increasing blood circulation and strength. The body sweats excessively as a result of doing the exercise. And due to this sweat, excess salt water is released from the body. Which makes me feel more refreshed and lively. I can see a little change in my body as a result of this exercise.
The third day was Saturday because as I told you earlier, I don't get much opportunity to exercise because I live nearby, but since I have less work on three days a week, I chose these three days for exercise. I worked on Saturday, so since I had less work, I got the opportunity around noon, and that's when I finished the rope jumping exercise.
I brought a rope, shoes, and practice clothes from the room to jump rope like the previous two days. Today I finished the rope jumping exercise at noon. Today is the third day, I have completed 65 rope jumps. I realized one thing by doing this exercise that the pain I felt in the first week was not as much in the second week due to the exercise. The first day I felt a little pain while jumping rope, the second day it was not so much pain and on the third day I really enjoyed jumping rope. If I can jump rope three days a week like this, it will be very beneficial for me and my health will be good. And I understand that my body condition is a little better now than before. I can maintain body balance and this exercise helps keep our body healthy.

This exercise is very beneficial for our body. I continued the exercise and completed 65 jump ropes very easily. I did not have much problem while jumping rope today because before you and now I can jump rope well. I can understand that my heart rate is increasing with the jump rope. But it does not feel that bad. Because I have been able to do this exercise three days a week, many changes have started happening in my body. I am finishing here as of today, everyone.

You still haven't completely mastered the jumps, this caused problems in your performance, especially on the second day. The repetitions that you show in the videos are inconsistent with what you say you did in the publication, be a little more careful in this regard, if you do 50 repetitions, make sure that all 50 repetitions are seen in the video.
