"SEC-S29W4:My Progressive Action (Skipping Rope)"

Today, in the 4th week of Steemit Challenge 29, I will be participating in @ngoenyi @marvinvelasquez ma'am/Sir "SEC-S29W4:My Progressive Action (add your chosen program here)" - competition, I hope everyone enjoys it.

It seems like the 4th week has passed, I have completed the 4th week of exercises, in this competition there is only one competition of 18 days of exercise, out of which I have completed 12 days of exercise, from the beginning I have been doing the skipping rope exercise, according to the rule, I have been increasing it by 5 every day. This week I have completed 111 skipping ropes.

The day was Monday, in the morning I woke up fresh and put on exercise clothes, today I will complete the 10th day's exercise. Today I have to complete 101 exercises. I am facing a new challenge every day. On the 9th day, I completed 96 skipping ropes. Today I increased it by 5 and completed 101 with confidence.

Exercise is one of the ways to stay healthy, as it prevents many diseases, along with maintaining our health. I chose this exercise because it keeps my body balanced.
To do this exercise, I need a rope, so I take a rope, hold both ends of the rope and do the exercise from back to front, over my head and under my feet. At first, the number 101 was a big challenge for me, but when I started it, I lost some strength towards the end. My pulse increased, but I completed it easily.

I like to do the skipping rope exercise. When I used to exercise, I used to warm up my body by doing this exercise.

I did the exercise on the 2nd day, on Tuesday. I was busy with office work in the morning, so after finishing the office, I dressed in workout clothes and prepared. Yesterday I completed 101, today I have to increase it by 5 more to 106.
At first, I took it as a big challenge, so I did not have much difficulty doing it. When I first started it, I easily did 80, while doing the next ones, my pulse increased. Sweat came out of my body, but I increased my speed according to my target. Thus, I completed 106.

Day 3 was Wednesday, and I woke up in the morning fresh and ready for the exercise. As the day goes by, my challenge to myself is increasing. Today I will do the exercise of the 12th day. Today I have to do 111 skipping ropes, although it will not be difficult for me, but considering the number 111, it is a lot.

First, I took a big breath, prepared with confidence. I started holding both ends of my rope. Initially, I did well up to 90, but towards the end, I felt a little tired.
Doing this increases my heart rate and increases my breath. All the parts of the body move, which keeps my body balanced and dynamic. I completed the 3 days of exercise this week easily.
