Everyone knows, that “Staking” produces the best returns!
Well the same is true with Silvertop’s Pine trees Lol!😇
When we attended the annual tree sale on Saturday, I picked up twenty “Shore Pines”, in addition to five Aspen trees, and a Flowering Dogwood tree, Liz wanted to add to our yard.🥰
Today Silvertop wandered around the yard, looking for good future homes for these trees, and marking each new spot with a stake, and colored plastic tape!😇
I have planted so many trees over the years, that I started using different color coded plastic tape on the wooden stakes to keep track of different years Lol!🤣
This year is fluorescent orange!👍
Last year was fluorescent pink, and the previous year during an extreme drought ( NO Rain all Summer), I tagged all my baby trees with lime green tape………….
“Extreme Drought” …… what is that my friends Lol?😇😅
Tomorrow the “Plan” was to start planting…………
Guys did you notice the “WAS” in the above sentence?🙄
“HIGH Wind Warning, starting tonight with rain, and 45 MPH Gusts!”😳
Hmmm……………
We shall see, the weather forecast has been wrong before Lol!☺️
