Report for 29th of march 2022 🏹 Updated version of my lower body
My update for workout is 70 kg hiptrust and I’m doing it pretty well unfortunately I will be meeting with my woman problems that woman have every month so I think I’m going to stick to 70 until maybe I don’t know middle of the April when I will try to lift more weight but I’m really satisfied because I did started my first hip trust in January and I think it progressed really well and I do think I can manage to get those hundred kilograms hip trust until June/July so I think it’s possible game and less
I did gain my sumo lifts I tried 35 kg and It went OK I did manage to get I think seven repeats, second 7 and third 5,first was 30 kg and I did I think seven or eight it is OK and I will stick to that wait until I can to 10 of that
About deadlifts for the hamstring I don’t know how it’s called I think Romanian something like that I was doing 30 kg but as I was saying I was struggling with my back and my arms I just couldn’t hold that even though it’s all about the hamstrings and glutes I don’t actually feel that much into the exercise but I feel the hamstrings really good so I tried dumbbells 10 kg each arm so it’s 20 summed up and it worked really really well unfortunately we do not have dumbbells weighted more than 10 kg so it’s kind of hard for me to progress with dumbbells and not actually using you know the big gun ha ha
I really try to get in my squads game higher of 50 and the exercise when you pull up your legs but it’s not like leg press. I’m doing it 30 kg and I do it like hard not impossible but hard but I will try 35 for maybe like five or six repeats so I can get in the mood and my muscle like meet with the kilograms and then I will progress I hope
I struggle with my calories.. when I do eat a lot of calories but not like unhealthy food I’m gaining in the wrong places but when I do not I just don’t have enough strength to think so it’s learning process for me to get all those things in order but I think I am on the right path

Are there machines at your gym for the inner and outer thigh? I see you're working the quads in front and the hamstrings in back, but the inner and outer muscles are important too, for stabilization of the hips and knees. If you try these thigh machines, start with very little weight. These muscles are a lot smaller and can be trained with a lot less weight.
I'm not a trainer but this is my opinion :D
Yeah, I am working them too but don’t struggle with that ☺️
