The past few days have been very cold, and now winter is almost at its end. In our country, the main winter starts in the months of Paush and Magh. But there is nothing similar to the seasons. It has been very cold in the month of Paush, and it can be said that there is no cold in the month of Magh. We have a proverb in Bangladesh that says, "The cold of Magh month affects even tigers." Now we don't feel it anymore. There are several types of flowering plants on the roof of our house, but the flowers haven't bloomed for days. It's becoming difficult to perform puja at home. Today I went to the roof and saw a blood-chinese flower blooming. There are many other flowering plants, but no other plant has flowers as beautiful as this one. After many days, a flower has bloomed on the tree. An interesting thing is that I was buying sweet pumpkins for my home a long time ago to eat, and he was planting some sweet pumpkin seedlings on my roof, and he thought he would plant some if possible. His attitude was that if possible, then no problem. Today I saw that the tree had flowers blooming. I think it might even bear pumpkins. The flower looked so beautiful that I took a picture on my mobile phone and showed it to my wife.

It seems like the flowers on this coconut tree haven't been around for long, but now I see that it has become a coconut shell. One day, I told the landlord next to my house, "Brother, take good care of your coconut tree, and you will see that one day it will bear many coconuts." This tree did not bear coconuts before. There were some old weeds and some old bark on this tree. After cleaning it, flowers are coming, and now it is bearing coconuts. But I believe that this tree will not eat the coconut without giving it to me. Because if I want, I can eat it with my hands from the roof of my house. Which is not possible for me in any way.

Today, we have some parts in our factory that are used daily. But unfortunately, the part you see is called copper carbon. The quality of these carbons was very poor, which was completely unexpected. Today, our electrician came to me and said sir the quality of the carbons that came last week was very poor. I said why didn't you tell me before? He told me the quality is good, and you can't tell unless you use it. After using it, I saw that the carbons were deteriorating within a short time and production breakdown was occurring. I immediately informed the purchasing department. Later, good-quality carbons were brought. This part is a timer, used in pumps of various sections. It has not been available in the market for the last few days. The vendors we bought it from do not have it. After looking in several places, I found one shop that is asking double the price. There's nothing we can do, but we have to bring it even if the price is high. I told the office, and they're asking me to buy it.

The BUET engineer in the office has been telling me for a few days that hydraulic oil will be needed to calibrate the sample. The level of the UTM machine has dropped, and an engineer from BUET will come to check. We usually use normal oil in various hydraulic sections, but he will need original Mobil Company hydraulic oil 46 grade. After I arrived at the office, he kept calling me asking if the oil was coming. I quickly went to where the oil drum was kept, took a picture and sent it to him. He was very happy after sending the picture. Meanwhile, one side of one of the rolls in our rolling mill has broken. If the roll can be welded, it can be used. Otherwise, the company will lose 3,50,000 takas. The foreman of our company brought me a packet of welding rods. We have never bought a packet of Castelli rods. Sometimes we need 5-10 pieces. Today he told me he needs a packet. I took a picture of it. Then he sent it to the market.
