How can I share this beautiful moment with you in the morning? I slept well last night. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that my left eye was swollen. I don't know why it's swollen. But there is no pain. I was scared to see my swollen eyes. My wife was also scared to see me. Why did this suddenly happen? Anyway, I went to our roof in the morning and saw many marigold flowers blooming. A small sapling was bought from the nursery and planted in the garden. Today, many flowers have bloomed. Which will make my wife very happy. Because flowers are grown every day in our house, they are worshipped. On this day, the Jawa tree also bloomed. Today, it seems that the roof is filled with flowers. Today, I would like to share with you some pictures of the roof.

It is winter now, and nature has a unique beauty in the winter season. Nature changes its appearance in winter. In winter, the old leaves of the trees fall, and new leaves grow. At this time, the mango trees among the trees of nature are full of buds. I am sharing one of those scenes with you. This tree belongs to a landlord next to our house, and can be seen from our window. I was very happy to see this unique scene.

This picture might look like an old metal part to you. But it's not like that. This is a part of a crane in our company's factory. It has not been changed since the fitting was made during the mill setup. Today, it suddenly got damaged. Production is stopped; this part is called the crane motor reactor. Without this, the crane will not run. Our electrician called me and said that it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. This original part is not available in the market. We either have to buy it from India or we have to repair the coils inside this reactor quickly. We have a friend who can fix this, and we have spoken to him. So, we took a picture and sent it to him. He looked at the picture and said he could fix it. I took a picture of this on my mobile phone.

As part of the implementation of a long-standing project, our company's rod-bending machine is in progress. Until now, straight rods were bent into U-shaped shapes using labor and given to suppliers. Now, labor is no longer required. There will be an automatic U-band without any labor, where 20-30 laborers were required, and now only 8-10 laborers are required. The machine setup program and fittings have been completed. The machine will be run as a trial today. So, I went to the rod godown. This will be controlled from the machine.

The previous picture had a control panel, and now this is the cooling bed and roller table. Here, the straight rods will be placed by a crane; from here, the automatic rods will come forward through the machine and will be auto-bent. This project has been underway for the past three years, and today, by the grace of God, it has been completed. Once the front fittings are complete, the trial work will begin. Then, there is still some work left to do before it can be fully operational.
