It was a beautiful sunny day. These days summer's hot weather doesn’t bother much because sometimes it’s raining too. The day were started as usual and following the routine tasks. Early morning decide to go for a little grocery shopping.keeft was around 8:30 when I went out, had a good walk too. I bought most necessary grocery items like towel tissues, dish scrubber, a packet of Horlicks biscuit as snack item.

When done with items in local grocery shop, I paid in cash and some products has small discount too. Next I bought vegetables like lemons, tomatoes, egg plant and cucumber. It was not a big list of products but my purse got empty almost.

These days belly fat bothering so bought cucumber for dinner. Replaced cucumber with rice on dinner. Had rice, veggies and fish curry for lunch and had shower, prayer and other meals on time.

Wanted to buy some fruits and bought bananas and apples. Bought small quantity because grocery shopping is almost a regular thing as I don't store foods in the fridge, I buy fresh and store or keep my foods in room temperature

Sometimes if I skip or missed coffee in the morning I have that in the afternoon. I was relaxed in the afternoon as I was done with my grocery shopping in the morning already. I bought a raw mango too but forgot to eat earlier.

Had a grocery shopping in the morning means the whole day relax and I had a relaxed day. Having cucumber slices as dinner made me feel good though I also had bananas and apples too. I had a small size boiled egg too.

It was a blessed day as I bought all the necessary items to fulfil my need, praise to be Almighty Allah for marking me able to afford buying my own foods and everything that I need to have in my life. Had peaceful sleep at night. Trying to fix sleeping hours and routine these days.
