Diary game/2nd may, 2023/ Commissioning of the solar steem project, Meetup with steemians and work.

I woke up feeling happy and excited, I guess it's the excitement of being part of an extraordinary project.

It's Tuesday morning, and I got an invitation on the previous day to grace an event that is, commissioning and handing over of the solar steem project.

After preparing breakfast, the excitement wouldn't let me stay calm, so I immediately hurried to freshen up.

Y'all won't believe I used close to an hour to search for a perfect outfit for this occasion.

Pheeew!!! Finally came up with something very simple and moderate.

It's time to leave home, I headed down to where I'll pick a cap, boarded one and went straight to Ewet technical college, nwaniba road, Uyo. That was the venue and school where the project was to be commissioned.

I arrived quite a little before the occasion kickstarted. Guests were already present, by guest, I'm referring to top important personalities in the state, this included the likes of the Akwa Ibom State Technical College School board Chairman, Mr Udom.

The principal of the school was present, the vice principal of the school was also present, we had the presence of other technical staff including the chief electrical officer. Staff of the school were present with a good number of students who were so delighted to have something that huge in their school.

I would say it was really a beautiful event, an unforgettable one at that. The fact that the event was a huge success is just an understatement, it was more than a success, I could feel the impact created in the lives of those benefiting from this project.

I had the opportunity to meet and have good interaction with notable steemians in the likes of @eliany @goodybest @kay-owobia @ubongudofot @manuelhook and other steemians who graced the event.

The chairman commissioned the project himself alongside his entourage, and expressed genuine happiness and appreciation towards all donors and contributors who made the project come alive.

Votes of thanks were given by the principal, vice principal, staff and students who were so delighted with such a huge project at a time they needed it the most, saying the school as well as the students will benefit immensely from it.

We took pictures together with the students at the end of the commissioning exercise.

That was not just the end of this beautiful event, the host @ubongudofot organized and sponsored a reception or should I call it a meet up with steemians who were present.

This meetup took place at ibom tropicana or Market square as it's fondly called.

The sight was so beautiful and I had to take beautiful pictures of the surrounding.

We ate, we drank, we had fun together, we took amazing pictures, talked about steemit, personal and professional development to mention but a few.

It was time to go, but the day wasn't over for me yet.

I had to resume duty at my place of work, so after the merriment, I returned to work. It was another very hectic evening for me.

Very friendly clients came around, attended to quite a number of people while providing pharmaceutical care.

The day was gradually rounding up, I got back home from work, quite a little late, on reaching home, I ate again and freshened up, it was a long hectic day and I needed to rest. Before finally sleeping off, I decided to sketch up my diary game.

For now, it's a diary game over, I hope tomorrow comes with good expectations.
