Free wifi can be great but it's not safe. With us they warn for it because it's easy to be hacked.
Some shops have it but you do not have access to every site or chat. Whatsapp for example not but you do have access to your bankaccount and can go to the pokémon go gym.
No idea if porn is possible but I wonder how to watch that in public. I mean are they in the library or at a fastfood restaurant?
I doubt people would use it for thst here. Perhaps if they can download for free and can watch it in the privacy of their home?

How smart they are to think out all of this it is just a pity these videos are far beyond how sex in a relationship is plus they are not very women friendly and trigger abusive behaviour.
